Pike Place Residential Tower Fetches $130M

The Viktoria at 1915 Second Ave, which Goodman Real Estate and Mack Urban recently developed, traded hands for nearly $130M. The property includes 249 units in 24 stories near Pike Place Market. The name of the buyer wasn't available, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports, but TruAmerica is managing the asset for the buyer. [PSBJ]
