Weber Thompson and the Justen Co unveiled renderings for a new multifamily complex 425 Fairview Ave in South Lake Union, Curbed Seattle reports, the latest in a flurry of activity in the neighborhood. (As Bisnow speakers put it last month at our SLU event, “there are more scientists and researchers who want to be in the neighborhood than places to put them.”) The two-building development, if approved, will include a seven-story tower and a 24-story one. The Design Review Board is meeting tonight, and these plans will be on its agenda.
