LMC, a multifamily development and management firm, recently broke ground on The Bower, a mixed-use apartment building in the Totem Lake neighborhood in Kirkland.

The development, set to open in the summer of 2020, will have 339 apartment units and 7K SF of ground-floor retail.

“Kirkland has always been a strong suburban market with its picturesque downtown, strong schools and access to transit and quality jobs,” LMC Pacific Northwest Division President Brad Reisinger said. “The redevelopment of the Totem Lake Mall extended that energy to the north.”

The Bower will consist of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and will feature a 2,800 SF fitness center, a game room, a resident coworking space with conference rooms, a pavilion with bar and barbecues, a sundeck courtyard, a rooftop deck with bocce court and fire pits and a social lounge with a bar and media area.
