Plus Investment USA unveiled plans for a mixed-use development in Downtown Bellevue, including two high-rise condo buildings, so far dubbed International Plaza, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal. The project will rise on Eighth Street between 108th and 110th avenues. The company, which is the US arm of Hong Kong's Plus Investment, bought part of the site from the Bellevue First Congregational Church for $30M, and another part from Beacon Capital Partners for nearly $46M.
