The 40-story McKenzie Seattle apartment building is set to open in July at 2202 Eighth Ave. The elliptical tower is developed by Clise Properties. It has 450 individual units that range from studio to three-bedroom apartments. There are also “Club Level” and penthouse homes available.

Amenities include a wrap-around deck with views of Lake Union, the Olympics and Cascades, a great room with Puget Sound views and a fireplace, a multimedia entertainment lounge, a private dining room, a pet spa/grooming space, a yoga fitness center, an eight-person spa, a steam room and sauna, bike access and underground parking.

Wild Ginger, which will be a tenant on the ground floor, will provide room service to residents in the building.

The building’s interior was designed by Susan Marinello Interiors. It has a Pacific Northwest theme that amplifies reflectivity and light. The interior design includes a silver travertine wall feature from Sienna, Italy, and an LED light wall, both on the ground floor.
