Leasing is underway at Sares Regis Group of Northern California's newest luxury apartment complex in Sunnyvale. 6tenEast is a four-story, 205-unit community at 610 East Weddell Drive and is ready for immediate occupancy. Amenities include a fitness center, coffee bar, rooftop lounge, outdoor swimming pool and spa with sun lounge, pet spa and bike maintenance workshop and storage. It also offers a bike-sharing service.
Residences have nine-foot ceilings, oversized windows, private balconies and patios and walk-in closets. Interiors feature hardwood-style plank flooring, quartz kitchen countertops, flat-panel cabinetry, high-efficiency heat and air conditioning and LED lighting.
The complex also offers three courtyards. The Connect courtyard includes an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and fireplace. The Recreate courtyard provides the pool and spa, while a Reflection courtyard offers places for meditation.
SRGNC partnered on the project with Chicago-based Pritzker Realty Group. The design/development team includes Steinberg Architects, general contractor RCBA, Kier & Wright Civil Engineers and structural engineer KPFF. 6tenEast is targeting LEED Silver certification.
