Tarlton Makes Another Menlo Move

Tarlton Properties and Principal Real Estate Investors just bought 20k SF of industrial/office space at 1080 O’Brien Dr in Menlo Park as a means to continue to grow its R&D campus there.

Here's CEO John Tarlton rocking that Silicon Valley look. Under their watch the site will get a big redo into Class-A wet lab space. Tarlton also owns and manages the nearby Menlo Business Park, which boasts 900k SF of lab and office space. Lots of leases have been inked there as of late. Kidder Mathews repped the sellers, Michael and Marilyn Cabak.
