Trammell Crow's $500M Plan for Bay Area Multifamily

Two big multifamily developers—one national and one local—are teaming up to build more around the Bay Area. A JV of Trammell Crow Residential and Mill Valley-based Thompson | Dorfman Partners just launched an initial capital commitment to fund $500M of development. They will seek out mixed-use multifamily residential development and acquisition opportunities in urban infill locations. Here's a rendering of 2655 Bush, an 81-unit project Thompson is doing at the corner of Bush and Divisadero.
