See Who's Designing Snazzy Residences at 181 Fremont

Jay Paul Co just picked ODADA to design the residences at 181 Fremont, and we just exclusively learned condo sales will kick off starting mid to late spring. The 70-story office and residential tower will include 67 homes on the top 17 floors of what will be the tallest residential building in the Western US. The architecture firm's founder, Orlando Diaz-Azcuy (above), will take the reins on the interiors.

Orlando's team traveled far and wide for materials, with wood from a sustainable forest in Bolivia and custom-made kitchen cabinets from Italian design firm Valcucine. The 52nd floor of the tower will include more than 6,500 SF of residential amenities, including a fitness center, yoga room, lounge, library, open air terrace, barbecue grill, fire pit, kitchen and dining room. The full project is designed by Heller Manus Architects.
