“We’re excited to break ground on the Davey Glen project, and enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate the event with our partners,” Jeff says. “The Belmont community wants a vibrant Grand Boulevard, and we believe this new community will be an important first step.”

The project will begin once the site is successfully cleared of the existing office building and retail store.

Architects from Dahlin Group designed the Davey Glen community. The firm describes the project as having "clean contemporary lines while using traditional materials including stucco, wood siding and metal elements, as well as a very strong color palette."
