Renderings for a 39-story tower in San Francisco backed by developer Related California have been released.
The tower will replace the Goodwill Industries, which is on the site at 1500 Mission St and South Van Ness. Plans call for 560 rental units with an average size of around 730 SF each, 450k SF of office space and 24k SF of retail. About 20% of the development is hoping to receive affordable housing designation.
Amenities for residents will include doormen, a fitness center and rooftop access. Skidmore, Owens & Merrill have been tasked with design. [SFBT]
