Two years ago, we believe this Class A property went for $500/SF. Times have changed, but you can still get your hands on this fabulous Pint Size Playhouse, as part of The Real Estate Council's  annual Giving Gala on Thursday at the Hilton Anatole Sculpture Park. The project is an outlet for members to showcase their creativity through four inspired playhouses, says Giving Gala chair Trey Morsbach, of HFF. The castle playhouse was designed and built by Beck, the house in the background with the white trim is MYCON's contribution; and the partial house on the right is the Corgan/Austin Commercial  playhouse.
 
This Freese & Nichols/Pacheco Koch/Hill & Wilkinson playhouse will be among the four sold in a live auction at the Gala to benefit the TREC Foundation’s community initiatives. Tickets are still available (and singer-songwriter Robert Earl Keen will perform).
