The 273-unit Equity Residential project is made up of a 16-story tower on the west and a six-story, wood-frame podium on the eastern two-thirds of this site.

Speaking of holiday spirit, Nibbi's dining room and housing for St. Anthony's in the Tenderloin finished on schedule this quarter. And it's building its second clubhouse for the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, set to open in February. The new 37k SF clubhouse is shooting for Silver LEED status at Fulton and Gough streets and will include a gym, pool, and a roof deck.
