The Tenderloin could be getting another market rate housing project. Mosser Capital Management LLC, controlled by the Mosser family, wants to build a group housing project with 70 rental units on a parking lot at 105 Turk St, reports the San Francisco Business Times, citing plans filed with the city. The project would expand its TL footprint, since it already owns an existing 112-unit building next door at 57 Taylor St. The new building would be 11 stories, over twice as tall as the neighboring building of five stories. Also the Tenderloin, TNDC's $72M Eddy and Taylor Family Housing project is slated to begin late next year or early 2017.
