The project at the corner of 19th Street and South Van Ness Avenue is finally set to move forward, Socketsite reports. The shuttered gas station site got the OK in 2008 for 29 condos and now plans are moving again with a new architect in the game (Ian Birchall & Associates). The new design calls for nearly twice as many units, with 54 over parking for 44 cars and 60 bikes, in addition to 5k SF of retail space. ETAs are unknown, but the new game plan will breathe life into a gas station site that's sat closed since 2004. [Socketsite]
