Tishman Speyer has released two double-height penthouses at its 42-story Lumina condo tower. These $13.5M penthouses offer 18-foot ceilings, outdoor space and the only custom-shell space within Lumina.

Penthouse 41A provides 5,700 SF with a 250-foot glass façade, while Penthouse 41B offers 5,200 SF facing the south and a 240-foot glass façade. The homes are on the 41st and 42nd floors of Tower B. Designer-ready floor plans from Arquitectonica are available and can be paired with custom layouts. Each home includes parking for up to three vehicles in the underground valet garage.

The 656-unit Lumina is more than 85% sold or under contract. Polaris Pacific is marketing the homes in Lumina.
