Tishman Speyer Closes Q1 With Strong Sales Activity At Lumina

Tishman Speyer is well on its way to selling out Lumina, a 656-unit high-rise luxury condo complex at Main and Folsom streets. During Q1 2017, contracts for more than 40 homes were issued. Since it opened its sales gallery in 2014, over 70% of homes have closed escrow and over 79% are sold and under contract.

Lumina provides 45K SF of amenities, including a Jay Wright-designed fitness center, a 70-foot heated pool, a private dining room with a chef’s kitchen and an outdoor balcony, landscaped rooftop terrace with barbecues, fire pits and outdoor screening capabilities, a bilevel club lounge, a games room, a screening room, a children’s play room, a fully equipped music practice room and a business center.

Residents have access to 24/7 on-site valet parking and Audi at home service, a car-sharing initiative where residents can use ready-to-drive Audi models such as the S5 Cabriolet and the SQ5.

Woodlands Market is expected to open a 9,500 SF store in 2017 on the ground floor of Lumina. Woodlands Pet Shop also will be included.
