The first owners at The San Francisco Shipyard are starting to move into their new spot, and last week Lennar Urban hosted an exterior tour through the central vein of its community, which will eventually be some 6,000 townhouses and condos. There are currently 11 buildings under construction, as well as the completed Olympia building into which homeowners are moving.
Among the perks on premises at the first 88 homes: parks, private patios and rooftop decks, with interior features like hardwood floors and quartz stone countertops. Sales for the next four buildings, consisting of 159 homes, will be announced in the coming weeks and are slated for completion by early 2016. The community claims more than 50% of current buyers are making their first home purchase.
