Hundreds of luxury condos are nearing completion in San Francisco's Mission Bay. CIM Group just celebrated the topping off of its 350-unit One Mission Bay community last week. The topping off event included the placement of a time capsule sealed within the building.

The 16-floor, six-story mid-rise building offers 485 SF studios to 1,976 SF three-bedroom apartments with dens. The building is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by II By IV Design. Residences are equipped with high-end brands, such as Gaggenau appliances and Kohler plumbing packages. Interior furnishings also include Vdara quartz countertops, Parcelonosa tile and Domus & Domus cabinetry.

The building includes an over 2,400 SF fitness area designed by trainer and nutritionist Harley Paskernak, a heated outdoor swimming pool with cabanas and fire pits, private meeting rooms, a guest suite, a resident lounge, a library and business center, and a private dining room with chef’s catering kitchen.
One Mission Bay is next to a parcel planned for a luxury Marriott hotel and is near UCSF Medical Center, AT&T Park and Caltrain.
