Trumark Urban’s 70-unit for-sale residential tower is on track to open this summer. The building, named Rowan, hopes to offer residents a luxury experience in San Francisco’s popular Mission District.
“We’re very excited to announce Rowan,” says Trumark Urban managing director Arden Hearing. “Not only will it provide dense, high-quality housing, but it will be vital to the continued growth and maturity of the Mission.”

The building was designed by Handel Architects and features traces of the Mission’s industrial past. The cast-in-place concrete exoskeleton allows a column-free interior with open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows, says Handel partner Glenn Rescalvo. “This building is unlike any other residential building in San Francisco."
As part of the project, Trumark Urban has committed $200k and will share a percentage of HOA fees to maintain and develop Franklin Square Park in the Inner Mission.
