Rialto On New Montgomery Refinanced In $61M Deal

Jamestown Properties refinanced the 137k SF Rialto on New Montgomery office building through a $60.6M loan from Capital One. The loan carries a term of seven years and is interest only.

Capital One Commercial Real Estate Group SVP Paul Kesicki says the firm values its long-term relationship with Jamestown and expects to work together on future transactions, according to the ABL Advisor.

Jamestown purchased the property late last year in an all-cash transaction. The Rialto is 97% leased with tenants ranging from venture capitalists to online delivery companies. [ABL]
