Capstak Expands Services With New Real Estate Capital Alliance Partnership

Capstak has partnered with Real Estate Capital Alliance to connect its members to capital sources. Capstak worked with RECA originators to understand their individual appetites, which included asset types funded, lending ranges and geographies served, and added this information to Capstak’s Haves & Wants database. Members can now search for capital sources that fit the needs of their projects.

RECA has arranged more than $25B in debt and $2B in equity since its inception in 2008. It is made up of 65 originators across the country. Capstak, a social network dedicated to commercial real estate professionals, has been expanding its relationships with various real estate organizations. It partnered with PublicAssets earlier this year to provide information on government leases and assets.
