Xenia Refis SD Andaz Hotel

Xenia Hotels & Resorts has paid off its mortgage on Andaz San Diego luxury hotel. The firm reports to the SEC that it paid off a $26.3M mortgage on the 159-room Downtown San Diego hotel with its sought-after rooftop pool (here). In turn, Xenia took on new debt on the hotel with a $26.5M variable loan maturing in March of 2018, according to docs.
