ADDISON FILLS 92K SF; THE DEAL SHEET

International Electric Supply Company leased 92k SF at The Addison (14951 N. Dallas Parkway, if you work at the post office), in Dallas. It had been the national HQ for CompUSA before it relocated to Plano.
 
The Class A mid-rise building was mostly vacant  prior to the lease. Now, a new lobby and common area enhancements will be made, Transwestern's Reid Caldwell tells us. It's one of the most visible buildings on the Dallas North Tollway and by working with Equastone (which acquired the building in '07), TW was able to secure a large lease, Reid says. He and Kim Butler repped the owner. Jackson Cooksey's Michael Quint and Jim Cooksey repped the tenant.
