Opus Kicks Off Industrial Property Near Airport

Opus Development is poised to start work on a new 390k SF industrial and warehouse building near Phoenix Sky Harbor. Opus acquired a 23-acre parcel at Seventh and Elwood streets in September, paying $7.8M. The developer is open to multiple tenants with space needs of 90k SF or more, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. CBRE's John Werstler, Cooper Fratt and Jerry McCormick, who helped broker the sale last year, are handling the lease on the warehouse project. [PBJ]
