New Flex Building for Liberty Center at Rio Salado

Liberty Property Trust is starting work on a 215k SF flex building at the Liberty Center at Rio Salado in Tempe. It will be the first industrial building on the site, but the fourth building developed there by Liberty. Ultimately, the property will include six buildings totaling more than 1.2M SF on both sides of Priest Drive, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. The new building will be LEED Silver. [PBJ]
