Here's a little mystery: What healthcare build-to-suit facility is Gladstone Commercial Corp funding? The Va-based company revealed in SEC filings that it provided a $5.6M mortgage to develop an 81,400 SF “build-to-suit transitional care facility located on a major hospital campus in Phoenix.” Gladstone has first rights to buy the facility once done.
