Guidance Software announced this past week that it entered into a colo agreement with a data center facility in Chandler, Ariz. (Phoenix suburb), moving it out of its San Francisco campus (pictured). The deal, for an unspecified amount of space, will extend through 2018, according to documents filed with the SEC. “Rent is based on power allocation and ranges from approximately $236k for the first year to approximately $265k for the final year,” Guidance officials state in docs.
