Phoenix

Wood Partners has started leasing its recently completed 237-unit community in Phoenix, Alta Camelback. The property is in the Uptown Phoenix neighborhood, with light rail access near the intersection of Central and Camelback.

According to Wood Partners, Alta Camelback is the first upmarket apartment community in the neighborhood and is close to the historic Uptown Plaza area.

Alta Camelback will include a skydeck that overlooks Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain, a 24-hour fitness area with spin and yoga rooms, a pet area that includes a fenced dog run, an outdoor theater and a pool and spa.
