Deco Communities has broken ground on Envy Residences, an 89-unit condo development near Camelback Road and 75th Street in Old Town. The units will be priced from $350,000 to more than $1M. The company has plans for another Scottsdale development, Inspire on Earll, near Scottsdale Road and Earll Drive in Old Town, reports the Phoenix Business Journal. Until recently, Deco specialized in rental properties, but now it's including condo development to meet market demand. [PBJ]
