A new landmark has been reached at the highest end of the luxury condo market in Philadelphia, with a unit in 10 Rittenhouse Square selling for a record $1,400 per SF.

The 2,300 SF condo is on the 28th floor of the high-rise overlooking historic Rittenhouse Square itself. It's the first time the unit has been listed since the building opened in 2009. The previous record was $1,250 per SF, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
