SunCap to Build Distribution Center for FedEx

SunCap Property Group will build a 316k SF distribution center on 65 acres in Upper Merion for FedEx. The facility will be on the site of the former Keystone Coke Co property at 600 River Rd, with construction beginning in May. Charlotte-based SunCap specializes in single-tenant built-to-suits, and has done a dozen of them for FedEx, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports. The site is near the Blue Route and the Schuylkill Expressway. [PBJ]
