Rittenhouse Square Mixed-Use Building Goes On Market

Pantzer Properties has listed the mixed-use building at 1605 Sansom St in Rittenhouse Square known as The Sansom for sale at $55M.

With 104 apartments sitting on 25k SF of ground-floor retail in the heart of Rittenhouse, it's an attractive property—possibly the reason that Pantzer bought it as recently as 2014 for a reported $42M. Pantzer also currently owns the adjacent 80-unit Oakwood, according to Commercial Real Estate Direct.

The property is reportedly about 97% occupied, with the retail spaces populated by restaurants Abe Fisher and Dizengoff and a boutique salon. A one-bedroom apartment in the building leases for $1,948/month. [CRED]
