CBRE Hotels brokered the sale of the 121-room Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Ana/Orange County Airport to a private investor for an undisclosed amount.

The four-story hotel at 2720 Hotel Terrace in Santa Ana opened in 1992 and went through a renovation last year.

The property is near the Orange County Airport in Santa Ana near the junction of Interstate 405 and State Route 55.

CBRE Hotels Senior Vice Presidents Rod Apodaca and Bob Kaplan were the exclusive agents for the sellers, Pacifica Hiorange L.P.
