Paul Milunec has joined SL Green as the VP of the leasing department, where he will oversee a portfolio including 280 Park Ave, Tower 46 and the Graybar Building and will help market One Vanderbilt.
Paul was previously a first VP of CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office, winning CBRE’s Market Information Leadership Award for seven consecutive years, and was recognized as a Real Estate Weekly Rising Star in 2007, a finalist in REBNY’s Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year in 2006 and GVA Williams’ Associate of the Year.
Paul was also responsible for bringing Yelp to NYC for 10k SF at 100-104 Fifth Ave in 2011 and helped L&L Holding Co’s Andrew Wiener rep L&L in a 10k SF lease for Wedbush Securities at the Metropolitan Tower at 142 West 57th St last April.
