David Hochfelder Joins The Naftali Group As EVP, Director Of Acquisitions

David Hochfelder has jumped ship from Aby Rosen’s RFR Holding to The Naftali Group, where he’ll serve as an EVP and director of acquisitions.

Replacing CIO Victor Sigoura, who left the company in June, David will overlook the sourcing, structuring and execution of Naftali’s investments.

While serving as RFR’s head of acquisitions, David executed more than $2.5B of property acquisitions and credit investments across 3.5M SF of office, residential, retail and hotel properties.

His first job was as a financial analyst for the City Investment Fund, a real estate private equity fund, underwriting and executing the fund’s acquisitions. He then entered the real estate industry overseeing The Lightstone Group’s nationwide credit and property investments.
