Stein says predicted declines in construction spending and employment in the coming years will further bolster the haunted house sector, which drew cheers from the affordable housing action group led by I.B. Spider. “The arachnids particularly look forward to occupying Wall Street condos, which had been out of reach for 99% of us,” he said in a statement.
