We ran into Corcoran’s Karen Shaw and her son Spencer Olson at a recent AREW lunch. Karen could barely contain her excitement that Spencer, with a new George Washington University bachelor’s in hand, has launched a career in commercial real estate. He started as a C&W associate earlier this year, working with Alan Wildes. Good to see GW is including power ties in its core curriculum.
