Ben Affleck was spotted checking out a condo at the Time Warner Center as word goes around the rumor mill of trouble in paradise. The 3,582 SF condo is on the market for $24,995M. That's more than a 50% discount from its original asking price of $50M, the New York Post reports. Self-made businesswoman Cheryl Mercuris is the four-bedroom pad's owner, and the brokers are Fredrik Ecklund, Gilad Azaria, Elliot Shasho and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman. The brokers declined comment, while Affleck's spokesperson denies that he is house hunting. [NYP]
