You won’t find dog washing stations at most properties, but Holliday Development’s Kevin Brown found it handy with Tucker, his 10-year-old German Shepherd. On the heels of the success of the 5800 Third development (which has a dog washing station) in Bayview, Kevin says plans are under way to add two more buildings to the property, which hosts the acclaimed Limon Rotisserie. Holliday Development is developing the third phase, adding 150 homes, set to begin in 2013 with a target completion of fall ’14. McCormack Baron Salazar is also planning a 121-unit senior rental property (300k of new development).
