CBRE Hires Marc Possick From GE Capital

CBRE bolstered its capital markets and research teams by hiring managing director Marc Possick (left) and research and analysis director Nicole La Russo (right).

With more than 25 years of experience across debt and equity sectors, Marc will oversee CBRE’s Manhattan capital markets business, including the firm's investment properties, debt and structured finance deals and loan sales advisory. He’ll also help with advisory and transaction services initiatives.

CBRE hired Marc away from GE Capital, where he was an SVP, overseeing asset management, leasing, restructuring, and debt and equity originations. Nicole was most recently working in the public sector as Alliance of Downtown New York’s planning and economic development SVP. For more than a decade, Nicole helped the Alliance expand and transform Downtown into the live/work/play hub it is today.
