KABR Kicks Off McGinley Square Project In Jersey City

KABR Group started work on new apartments at 720-726 Bergen Ave in Jersey City's McGinley Square neighborhood, which will also include retail on the first floor. McGinley Square's been the focus of redevelopment plans for some time, especially since the approval by the city of the McGinley Square East Redevelopment Plan.

Common amenities will include a rooftop deck, barbecue grills and a resident lounge. The 58-unit project is the first major residential development in the neighborhood in decades, Jersey Digs reports. McGinley Square is in the middle of Jersey City, at the intersection of Mongomery Street and Bergen Avenue, two of the city's main thoroughfares. [JD]
