Jay Paul is among the names to know in Silicon Valley commercial real estate. His firm has built about 8M SF of office in the area, with about 6M SF more on the way. Paul counts tech giants such as Amazon, Google and Microsoft among the tenants that pay him rent.
After years of work in the Bay Area, his company is making a grand entrance in San Francisco with a 70-story mixed-use tower at 181 Fremont St. The project topped off in December, and will feature 432K SF of office and 67 luxury apartments. — Scott Klocksin
