Texas Developer Wants To Build Apartments In Franklin

Embrey Partners is planning a nearly 270-unit apartment project in Williamson County, Retreat at Iron Horse, and has a contract to buy the 20-acre site at Mack Hatcher Parkway and Franklin Road from Iron Horse Park LLC.
