SoBro Apartment Tower Might Be In The Cards

Charlotte-based Crescent Communities and Pearl Street Partners of Brentwood unveiled plans for a 35-story residential tower at 852 Demonbreun St, next to the planned JW Marriott in SoBro.

The site measures 0.9 acres, and part of the property is owned by Miami-developer Turnberry Associates, which is doing prep work to build the 532-room hotel. Plans for a residential tower are still preliminary, with the number of units unspecified, the Nashville Business Journal reports. Crescent and Pearl Street are currently developing the 280-unit Crescent Music Row. [NBJ]
