How Solis North Gulch Plans To Woo Tenants

Terwilliger Pappas Multifamily Partners has finalized plans for the 271-unit Solis North Gulch apartments. Even the newest and best-located multifamily has to woo its potential tenants, Terwilliger Pappas West Region president Alan Dean tells us.

"Designs and amenities must be sophisticated and energizing for this target market,” Dean says. "Our residents want apartments that blend design and experiences. Walkability to restaurants, office and retail remain paramount, as are gathering spaces, such as pools and fitness centers, that support active lifestyles." Terwilliger Pappas Multifamily Partners

Charlotte-based Terwilliger Pappas is partnering with NY-based Clarion Partners. The apartments will be built over two levels of parking, and be next to the Capitol View mixed-used development near Charlotte Avenue. Preston Partnership is the architect and interior design firm for Solis North Gulch. Construction will begin next month, with delivery in late 2017.
