Apartments Planned Near Sounds Ballpark

Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors unveiled plans for a 360-unit apartment property near the Nashville Sounds ballpark. It's the latest among many apartment developments announced in Germantown, with 3,260 units either underway or in the pipeline there, the Nashville Business Journal reports, though it isn't clear how many of them will actually be built. Provident has also been pursuing a purchase contract for the land at 801 Second Ave NApartments near baseball are quite the thing recently. [NBJ]
