New Hotel Planned For SoBro Site

Another day, another new hotel for Nashville. Mountain Shore Properties acquired 1.2 acres at 533 Fifth Ave S for nearly $8M. The site is two blocks from Music City Center, and the buyer is planning a 200-room Hyatt House hotel for the location, the Nashville Business Journal reports.

The company, which has offices in West Virginia and Charleston, SC, plans to break ground later this year for an '18 delivery. [NBJ]
