Chartwell Hospitality has started work on a new Hilton in Cool Springs. The property will include 244 rooms, along with 232 parking spaces and nearly 6k SF of retail space. The project is the developer's first full-service hotel in Middle Tennessee, the Nashville Business Journal reports. It will open in early 2018. [NBJ]
