Luxury Condos Headed for Burton Way

Empire Property Group is scheduled to break ground on a 23-unit luxury condo complex on Burton Way in Beverly Hills, Building Los Angeles reports. The complex, which would be adjacent to the fancy L'Ermitage, will be five stories on about a quarter-acre. The complex should draw some attention, sitting less than a mile from the famous shopping on Rodeo Drive.

This is the latest in a string of small-lot luxury multifamily for the firm. Managing partner Craig Berberian (snapped in his office) told Bisnow late last year about its 23-unit Empire at Bellagio luxury apartment complex in Bel Air. Rent for a one-bedroom at that project could start around $3,300 and a two-bedroom at just under $4,000.
